HIV/AIDS Initiative for Minority Men (AIMM)

 The AIMM Project offers systematic coordination of HIV prevention, care and treatment, behavioral health services, and social and support services through an integrative approach to Case Management.

The mission of the AIMM Project is to continually seek to improve the health and well-being of Young African American Men who have Sex with Men (YAAMSM) aged 20-29 through:

  • Promoting wellness and disease prevention
  • Providing access to culturally diverse comprehensive health services
  • Enabling members to play an active role in their healthcare

This project is funded by the Office of Minority Health under the HIV/AIDS Initiative for Minority Men (AIMM).
