The Center for Community-Based Programs (CCBP) exists to promote and facilitate healthy lifestyles and to strengthen, connect and mobilize individuals and grassroots organizations with academic institutions, government officials and other affiliates to enhance their voice and power to reduce the burden of disease among underserved populations and communities. CCBP implements training, technical assistance, capacity building and prevention programs and a health and wellness clinic to address chronic problems identified by communities.
